The south west community development council(CDC) would be organizing this programme called Adopt a rental Block at clement (AARB at clement) on 10th february 2010 from 2pm to 7pm, in conjunction with Chinese New Year Festival Cheers, targeting the low-income elderly residing in rental flats within the south west district. 2 of our main aims of holding AARB at clement are to spread festival cheers to elderly and needy residents in the 2 room rental blocks as well as hoping to work in partnership with our corporation partners like your organisation to address the needs of the community.
In conjunction with Chinese New Year Festival Cheers, we hope to promote beauty and to celebrate and share love and respect for the elderly community. We hope to work with cosmoprof to bring along cheers to this group of needy elderly by giving a makeover (e.g eyebrow shaping, manicure services etc), which we hope to remind them of their unique interior and exterior beauty
